Room types subject to availability. All registered hotel guests have complimentary parking.
Refunding of room deposit will only occur if the room
cancellation was received 48 hours prior to day of arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours or
arrival.
Any reservations made after cut off date will be subject
to availability and the special rate is not guaranteed after
the cut off date.

RETREAT REGISTRATION
The 18th Annual Retreat registration fee is $ 150.00 per person.
Attendees must be 18 years or older to attend the retreat. The payment schedule is outlined below:

The first deposit of $50.00 is non refundable.
Second Payment of $50.00 is due February 16, 2010
Third & Final Payment of $50.00 is due
April 27, 2010

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: CBDWA will authorize
refunds only if notified in writing by
mail on a percentage basis. (Please see contact
information.) Refunds will only be
given in the event of a life threatening illness
or death with proper documentation.
