RETREAT REGISTRATION

The 21st Annual Retreat registration fee is $160.00 per person. Attendees must be 18 years or older to attend the retreat.

The payment schedule is outlined below:

First Payment $50.00 is due November 2, 2012, and is non refundable.

Second Payment of $55.00 is due February 24, 2013.

Third & Final Payment of $55.00 is due April 20, 2013.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: CBDWA will authorize refunds only if notified in writing by mail on a percentage basis. (Please see contact information.) Refunds will only be given in the event of a life threatening illness or death.

Refund schedule and percentages:

Received January 2, 2013 to March 1, 2013 - refunded 50%

After March 1, 2013- no refunds

Substitutions/Replacements: CBDWA must receive any substitution/replacement in writing by mail.

Any reservation canceled within (24) hours of the arrival date, will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax.
